Ordered flowers to be sent to my mum and nan. Mother received flowers that read to nan, nan received nothing. Even worse, my nan was to receive different flowers than my mother, so the name card wasn't even right for the flowers.
Local florist was told to send one order of the flowers because they had the same address on them which is incorrect, and the florist was told they would contact me about the order which they never did, and the florist never heard back. I was never informed that one of my flowers were never delivered.
Really really annoyed. Don't trust bloomex
