Price Shuffle was advertised by news media in regard to receiving 100 free bids. When I looked into their offer, I thought I was only signing up for the 100 free bids. Their sign-up page is very deceiving. It looks like an advertizement, not a sign up page. After filling in my credit card information, which I thought was needed to place my bids, I received an alert stating my sign-up was not complete. I immediately got out of the site without going further. Next thing I know, they have charged my credit card for $149.75.
My husband wrote them requesting a full refund and was told they would not issue one but would offer $25.00 credit plus 100 free bids. My husband wrote back and requested at least half back as a refund and they keep all their bids. They issued a credit for $75.75, more free bids and let us keep all the initial bids which we have not and don't intend to use.
Company is a scam and is very deceiving. Is they anyway you can help me get the rest of my refund back?
I never intended to sign up with this company, only get my 100 free bids and I never checked the I agree with these terms box.
