I bought a $60 bid package, which came with 25 free bids. I used my 25 free bids within the first 3 days of the purchase. I came back today to try to bid on some Christmas gifts, and found out that I had ZERO bids left. I checked my email and saw one from 11/18 from Zbiddy saying that I had 25 bids that expired on 11/19. Turns out that the 25 bids that I used were NOT the free bids, and that they deleted 25 bids from my balance of purchased bids. When deleting my 25 bids, the scam artists "accidentally" deleted the remainder of the bids I purchased. Have used the "Live Chat" function, but no body was home and I've received no explanation yet.
