I selected and believed that I purchased a pair of Ugg boots online as a Christmas gift. I immediately received an e-mail confirmation and a tracking number to track shipping of the product. My credit card was charged in the correct amount but appeared as a company from China, which was not what the website stated. 3 weeks later I still had not received my boots. I attempted to contact the company via the e-mail address provided on the website as "sales" and I received an automated "unable to deliver" response. To date I have not received anything from the company and have contacted my credit card company to dispute the purchase. The website appears "reputable" - but don't be fooled like I was. It is a ripoff!!
