Hi bought 2 pairs of "ugg" boots off this website not realizing that the boots would be complete knock-offs. They were shipped straight from China. One pair of boots had a ripped lining inside from the moment I received them. The smelled like plastic and were just totally garbage counterfeits. The company told me that I could ship them back but I would have to pay $50 in shipping fees, instead they would reimburse me the cost of one pair of boots $89 USD. It has now been 7 weeks and they ignore my emails and have yet to credit my credit card. I do not know what to do but I hope others don't fall victims to the scam of on-line ugg purchases. Be sure to only buy ugg boots from authorized retailers listed on the UGG Australia website - something I wish I had thought of prior to making my purchase.
