I ordered a pair of Tory Burch boots on Jan 3rd and within a few hours I received a confirmation email saying that they were awaiting shipment. I have still yet to receive the boots, and when I attempted to contact the website they do not have an email or contact number. I sent them a message through their website and did not receive a response. I've contacted my credit card company and they informed me that the company was listed as a souvenir shop in China. I doubt I will ever receive the boots and I'm attempting to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
