Ordered a pair off uggs boots in early Dec. 2010. Company's web store stated orginial uggs boots no shipping. Also an email regarding the order with a tracking number would be forthcoming. When I did not receive this email I contacted my bank to stop payment to this company. I found out at that time I was not charged 102.00 as I had agreed to for the boots but 123.12 and then 3.70 (international fee). I sent an email to the web address associated with the charges. Two days later I was refunded. 01. I canceled my card and have not had any response from them. I have sent paperwork to my bank trying to get my monies back.
How can these companies be stopped?
