Ordered UGG boots from newfirstboots.com on 12/07/10 from link my mother emailed to me; they sent confirmation email but still have no tracking information 8 days later! I emailed company through their email address www.thefirstseason.com on 12/12 and have never rec'd a response.
On 12/09/10 there was a charge to my VISA card from "Fashion Shoes Store Shanghai CN" for $104.87. The invoice emailed to me was for $100.99 including the $22 shipping (that wasn't disclosed until receiving the payment receipt via email).
HELP! How do I get my $ back? What recourse do we have? Obviously I am not the only consumer taken by this website.
