Taxes @ 9.75% should be $23.37. The merchant combined the cost of the items shipping & handling and taxed both. The explanationgiven was, "some states charge tax onshipping & handling". Contact person: Michelle, emp. #371185. COSTCO Issue #363423. I have never heard oftaxation on shipping & handling. Please advise.
