Unless you obtain free shipping, lookout - many of the companies that are networked via Amazon.com will charge exorbitant 'handling' fees; the consumer is not informed of the amount of the shipping and handling costs for an item until AFTER the purchase is executed, at which time is not possible to cancel the order. The listed price for an item may appear to be a great deal, but when you add the shipping and handling, which the merchant can escalate to any amount w/o prior disclosure, you often would get a better deal buying the item from a local retail merchant. Oh well.
