What the H* is wrong with these people, If I have to get on the phone with them one more time I'm going to scream. Fist thing try to call AT&T wireless and ask for a supervisor. Try it I'll wait, just kidding dont do it there's no such thing as an AT&T wireless supervisor well atleast thats what they tell me the last 12 times I've called.
So here goes I got a New gsm phone from "them" I was pleased until I got the phone, no service could call anyone unless I was standing still it was awful so I called, told them the problem and decided hey lets try another phone. Simple enough little did I know. They told me they would send me a mailing reciept to send the other phone back just because it was before the 30 day period waited the reciept never came. So I called asked them and found out it was sent to the wrong address.
Honest mistake so they said that I wouldn't be penolized for the phone not being returned after 30 days, they sent me the shipping reciept sent the phone in and waited for two billing periods before the credit was applied but you know what they said they never got the phone, Funny because the tracking confirmation number the post office gave me said that it got there, so after countless hours on the phone and run arounds like you wouldn't believe, I finally had enough corprate time ha... Yeah right... Only if you want to write to them... So enough internet time you can find anything got a corprate # called and to this day I'm still getting charged for the phone I don't have and AT&T is training track stars to run marathons. So when you want a good jog or run around give em a call they will run you out.
Final thoughts on AT&T wireless Screw em before they screw you, When you see that little blue globe, its only there for one reason so you can end up running around twice it before you realize your not going anywhere... Help!
