How can they get away with this

After renewing my membership, my free one a month coupons stoped coming. I spoke to the company several times by phone and email.

I kept being told they were sending them out plus extras, or they allready sent them out, or talk to my local store.

I did all thet and still they just keep sending me to another.

I even asked for a refund of my membership fee, as the free one a month video was part of the membership. Still no reply. How can they get away with this.
