I rented 5 movies for a week from Block Buster. A month later I was billed for $167 in late fees. I went to the store and complained and they found the movies under the front counter. The Manager was very sassy when I first went into the store to complain. Six months later I noticed that Block Buster has charged me another $48. I haven't been back in a Block Buster since the last time they tried to ripped me off. I canceled my credit card in which they were using and reported the Fraud to my credit card company. Their fees are excessive, their movies are expensive and their staff are rude. The practice of returning the movies before 12:00 noon is odd and set up to insure late fees by the customer. I choose not to rent from Block Buster and have ripped up my video rental card.
