Smooth-talking con artist from the title of Anthony Miller was captured from the authorities this past year, along with a GPS tether was mounted on his foot. A couple of days before, law enforcement dropped monitoring of him after he stop the tether, along with a notice information was released to maintain a hunt for this person. Based on the information, he's registered a-ring of regional fraud artists.
