Upon reviewing my CREDO mobile phone bill, I found MBLLOVE_ALT listed under Downloads and Premium Services Detail with a fee of $9.99. I called CREDO Mobile to report the error on my bill. They told me that since it was a third-party application, there was nothing they could do about it. Looking this up MBLLOVE_ALT online, I found it to be synonymous with MyMobileLove.com, a website to which I'd never been before. Apparently, they send romantic text messages to one's mobile phone for a monthly fee. I have not received any such text messages. So, not only have I been billed for a service to which I did not subscribe, but I have been billed for a service which I have not received either.
