Feb I purchase living room set from Marlo, around about May or June the Sleeper Sofa was damage after sererval calls Tech finally show up and stated a part needed to be replaced, Tech came out in July 05. Two months later still no part I called and Called finally in Dec in went in the store and spoke with Paul the manager, he assure me that he will check into this matter and call me back by the end of the week two weeks later no call. I call Paul and left a messages he did not return my calll, I call again and again to this date he still have not return my call (9 Feb 06).

I contact the BBB in Jan 06, on yesterday some from Marlo call and said that they had order my part and it should be here on 16 Feb, I ask her why did she call me now she said the BBB contact her and she is sorry it took so long. I told her I inform BBB that I wented them to come and pick up their furniture and I wanted a refund, she did not say anything. The conservation ended.

I am very disappointed in Marlo, then can care less about you after they get your money, they assume that if they contiune to not return your calls or speak to you that you would just go away.
