I placed an order for some frog bathroom decor for the kids bathroom and was very disappointed when i opened my package to find all the wrong items. I had to email both email addresses to get a response and was told that my items were out of stock so they were giving me a full refund and would send the products to me when they were available. I was also told to keep the items I did receive as a good faith gesture.
1 month and 2 more emails later I still have not received my refund or the original items I ordered. The items they sent me were not even close to what I ordered except that they all were for the bathroom and they were less than half the price of what i did order from what I could look up. 2 of the items were not even on the website.
Next time i order something online I will be sure to look up reviews before I commit to a sale.
