The website uses pictures straight from Tiffany & Co web site and other sites like Pandora. They sent me nothing that even looked close to what it was supposed to be and everything was very poor quality.
I contacted them via email (because there is no other way to contact them) about it and they said they will send me the correct items right away. After about a month and a half passes I asked ifI would be receiving the new items soon. Their response was they are working hard to get the situation corrected for me.
I then emailed them and asked have the items at least been shipped. I received no response. I tried to send a few more emails after that asking for a refund by that time but I have not received any responses back. It has been 2 months from the last email and I have received nothing. No refund, no items.
