I ordered items (Order # 020367) for a home remodel — Decor Glamour listed several of the items as "out of stock." I waited three months for the items to be sent and finally cancelled the order. A day after I cancelled the order Decor Glamour, found the items and shipped the items claiming that these items had been in transit before I cancelled. I agreed to pay the restocking fee (verbally reduced from 25% - 20%) and attempted to return the items. The company will not complete or communicate about this refund. I got a "RGA" request form and mailed the items back FED EX (tracking: 920465415005906) on 10/26 and was told my account would be credited. Several phone calls and several emails have not been returned. When I do contact someone at the company they inform me they have no record of the order # (yet they have a record of the return) that I will get a call from "Joe" but that call never happens.
