The warm ups I had to purchase for the NECYFL Beverly Pathers was not given to me. I asked for them and I got more than a run around answer. The president of the team Hank McLaughlin could not resolve the issue nor could the cheer coordinator. My emails to the president were not answered until I offended him. Since there is no one above him I have to resort to this. McLaughlin finally responded on 10/27/10 with the resolution of refunding my money. Unfortunately I have yet to receive a reimbursement.
