I've been without warmth from my heater for over fourteen days today but still awaiting First American Home Guarantee to repair the issue. I've an older furnace (32-year old house with unique heater) that will be among the major causes I bought this company. Previously year, they've changed the circuit-board 3 times and today stating it's an electric issue and presently awaiting an electrician to judge. Lately, they've also needed to substitute the engine, the beginner and also the thermocoupler is simply clinging on - however they WOn't substitute this 32-year old heater. Last summer I had been without AC for six months while they screwed around obtaining components - which was in 100 July conditions. I'm fed up with getting up to some chilly home each morning... I told them I had been likely to remain in a resort and deliver them the statement. They agreed to provide me a discount on the room heater! Lots of great that's likely to do for my three-story home.
