Got the Nationwide Home Guarantee to protect our Heater, A/D and Waterheater. Heater broke. Required a specialist, who arrived immediately. Did not notice something, then when I named the specialist, I had been informed that Nationwide would not protect the alternative due to decay and deterioration. The specialist evidently informed them the issue hasbeen current for 4 years. He looked over the heater for 10 moments, did not ask any concerns and he understands that there is a problem for 4 decades??? We'd preservation completed on our heater each year plus they never discovered an issue. Named Nationwide plus they would not actually consider the maintenance records. Exactly what a rip-off! Terminated by agreement instantly and intend to document a using the BBB. We now have to return up using the cash to get a new heater.
