Our boy is just a College Pupil in Europe and each year he comes back home to Cairo throughout the Christmas Vacation. Consequently, I buy an annual return solution for him from Cairo to Toronto, reunite, From January to Dec.

This year I reserved his solution, with Thomas Cook January and that I had a need to create the return day to become December for my boy to return throughout the holidays.

Although creating the reservation, Thomas Cook advised me they can't create the scheduling from Jan. 2010 till Dec. as Lufthansa reservation program doesn't permit to do this, plus they can only just create it till sixteenth of Nov. 2010. They more assured me that you will see NOT A PROBLEM to alter the return day to Dec. 2010 afterwards.

Whilst The Holiday vacation is nearing, I approached Thomas Cook to help make the reservation for my boy for Dec. To invest the vacation together with his family.

I had been surprised to understand that, not just I've to pay for 100 Pound to alter the reservation, but I've to cover another return ticket as Lufthansa terminated the kind of economy class for such seats plus they created a brand new economy-class, and I've to cover a brand new return solution, or visit another Flight!

What type of company do we've here? Where's the client safety? Isnt this a kind of scam? After I get an annual solution, the length ought to be TWELVE MONTHS not based on Lufthansa reservation screen. May they escape with this particular? Alter and stop a-class without praising the previously released seats?
