I'm touring having a 7-month infant, and Lufthansa can't provide me a bassinet chair. I'm found between Lufthansa and my travel broker - equally accusing one another for that termination of my bassinet chair tasks after one-leg was re scheduled. Lufthansa claims it informed my broker of the change in vacation day, and travel broker emphatically denies it. Lufthansa can't explain how my chair projects got fallen for that knee that didn't change. At this time, they do not appear really co operative to handling my issues. Any suggestions regarding who I will protest in order to create Lufthansa notice.
