I purchased my round-trip admission type Europe (Montreal) to Tehran online. I'd my e ticket with me in Language. I needed a verification for my starting period in my own vocabulary, Local, (I required this conformation for many company paper-work). I visited a Journey agency consultant for LUFTHANSA flight in Isfahan (Target: Shafagh Company, Sheikhsadoogh Saint, Isfahan, Iran). They didn't assist me whatsoever. Though my e ticket and starting period was established from the manger of the company they kept stating that people don't provide you with the verification if you don't purchase the solution straight from us (I'm unsure perhaps this really is just for cash or their fee). That's not skilled. Next time I'll not purchase solution from LUFTHANSA since I don't wish to cope with these folks and spend my period.
