When I usually have experienced good encounters with Avis global, I've recently chose to hire among their vehicles in Brasilia, Brazil (Reservation #32664714US5). I had been amazed after I was passed an extremely worn out and loud jalopy (d. 60,000 mi outdated!) in a high rate (approximately US$ 50 / day). Disgracefully, there is no additional automobile offered at that very "reduced" price. I wonder when the Avis Headquarters retains a watch on the offshore offices/businesses. Additionally, I wonder why there's no grievances/good feedback area within Avisis primary site...
