Cheated by AVIS for $100. Rented a car in Paris and returned it two weeks later to a small office. After inspecting car, person said everything was ok but could not give me a receipt because printer was not working. Surprised weeks later to see a fuel charge for over $100. Customer service was useless. Message is be careful and probably don't use AVIS if they can't ensure honesty in their small offices. Have spent $1,000s in past rentals with AVIS; never again.
