Elite Vehicle Service Contract (extended warranty)
Failure to pay for engine repair

I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 truck
I also purchased an extended warranty for $2499.00 for this vehicle through the dealer
The motor needs to be replaced for about $14,000.00 however Elite states their payout (coverage) will only be $3,000.00. They also state this their "cap" on the policy WHICH DOES NOT STATE THIS.
I provided all maintenance records, was well below the miles as required. They now do not return my e-mails etc.
This company is a scam and does NOT protect you as a consumer. I will now get the dealer that sold be this garbage as well and will have o seek legal counsel. What a mess.
