Rented a car Dec 21 in phoenix returned it the next day in Yuma with 140 miles on her. Total bill 330. Seems avis is too busy at this time of the season to rent at a normal rental rate. So beware avis is becoming much to greedy.

I was in the wrong line for a toll booth and could not pay the toll, no one to accept it. The toll was 80 cents: avis charged my card for $10.67. Lesson learned. Don't rent a car from avis internet
