I received a collection letter from RMCB this week that said I owed money for a traffic citation received while driving an Avis Rental car in January and they were collecting on behalf of their customer, Avis Rent a Car, for $75. I called Avis who I do currently do business with and my accounts are in good standing AND they say they do not use a 3rd party company to do their collections. I am currently in the process of working with Avis to file mail fraud case.
