Avis Car Rental
Didn't get the car we rented and had to rent a step up costing $100 more

To maintain it brief, my loved ones visited california on spring break. Hired from AVIS, did not obtain the vehicle we hired and needed to hire a charging $100 more. Upon our return was billed $140 for having mud within the vehicle. We visited the seaside twice and every time showered our toes before receiving back to the vehicle... Main point here do not hire AVIS VEHICLES. Actually.
