I ordered the nickolodeon magazines for my 9 year old son way back on jan. 13th 2010. The cost for 12 issues were $44.00. I spoke to people from the co. About 5 times. Finally on sept. 23rd I was told that the magazine I had ordered had been discontinued. About a week after my order was processed and I would be getting a full refund by the following Friday. On Oct. 13th I spoke with yet another person who assured me my refund would be sent and I would have it by the following Mon. Or Tues., Needless to say, to date I still haven't recieved my money back and now I'm unable to speek with anyone, they won't answer the phone. They now give a site you can go to on their answering service but, I have still been able to get to it either. My son was looking forward to his magazine that he'll never see!!
