Ordered a magazine December called and spoke to reps starting about 3 months into the subscription. I have spoken to them about 12 or more times waiting up to a hour on hold. They now tell me that they don't offer that magazine. I said "fine please give me a refund" it turns out the card i put it on expired and they needed the new expiration date, which I supplied. Still no refund. Its been over a year and now there is no customer service to call. Its all a email system which nets no results. This company is awful!!
