I run a small private Ranch which has a 23 bedroom home on it we have private meeting and corporate functions.in 2009 we went with a company to service and provide laundry detergent to our washers. The units where fed by an automatic dispenser. The depensers are not used on a regular basis because of the private nature of our business. I recieved a call from the owner of the company on 10-29-10 he asked if everything was good and if the business was picking up, I told him it was slow but was hoping to get more adn more business. Nothing more was said. He called me on 11-3-10 and told me that the company wanted him to pick up the dispensers because we had not bought any product from him in a long time. I told him we bought a lot in teh beginning adn we didn't need any more right now, he said he would talk to teh company, he then said he would like to come out and service the equipment sometime soon. He came out on 11-4-10 I asked him to call me he did not and he went in to the laundry room adn took the dispensers off the wall. I have a group of people staying in the house and have no way to wash the laundry. While he was here on teh Ranch he saw the cars in the parking lot. I called teh company and told them I wanted credit on all the barrels of detergent they said they could give me an in house credit I don't want my money going to people who will not work with there customers. I asked why I hadn't been enformed before now so I could make other arraingments they had no answer. I was give less than 24 hours and a house full of people to resolve this matter. This company should not be used, because they misled there customers. I signed nothing that said I needed to use a certain amount of prduct in order to keep the dispensers.
