Ordered magazine from girl name jessica - never recieved - company phone always busy

Had a girl come to my door selling magazines to help her win points.
I ordered one magazine and paid $55.00. No magazine and the phone number to the company is always busy.
This will be the last time i do this.
I wish someone would shut this and others down for good or make them pay.
