To those of you who are filing complaints against directv, you are 100% right in doing so. This company could care less about how they treat their customers or their employees. They have deceptive business practices. They have hired an advertising team to design policies that will fail. This is the reason why you can't reason with a rep on the phone. If the rep resolves your issue, the rep is penalized.
If you think you are being cheated, chances are you are correct. As an employee, directv cost me a lot of money. And treated me terrible as an employee. If you have any questions about this company, just let me know. I'll make sure you get an answer.
To shayna, you are just an idiot. People who have already been cheated know for a fact that you are just blowing hot air. So do us a favor, STOP, we don't won't to hear your excuses.
