Back in December Directv had a promotion going on that if you watched 4 movies you would receive $10.00. I watched my 4 movies and thought within the next few weeks I would get a form to complete to receive my credit. I called Directv and was told that it takes 8-10 weeks to get this voucher. It is March 4th and still nothing from Directv which has an outside vendor handle this part of directv promotions. Why doesn directv offer these types of promotions without just taking the money off your account? There is proof of the promotion and proof I ordered 4 movies I will give Directv a few more weeks then I will call and complain. I think directv hopes that people will forget about the money and they profit $10.00. It's funny they don't have a problem taking your money but when Directv owes you money you have to go through a bunch of stuff to get your refund. I don't understand why directv doesn't handle their own promotions? Few questions, does directv pay the company that sends these coupons? Why does directv need to use a company to give people money that belongs to them? I have a lot of questions that I can ask directv but would'nt get the correct answer. I will never do a promation with directv again unless it's get a movie free and I have coupon in my hand... Get it together directv without your customers you got nothing!
