LaDonna,
I don't appreciate the fact that you don't back-up your work and wouldn't even get back with me about the problems with your work.
You know I have other rentals and could give you work on them.
I just had someone tear out the bottom of the shower you built and redo it. It was time consuming and costly -again. If you had done it correctly the first time, I wouldn't have had to go through with this.
(She didn't put sealant between the liner and lower drain flange. This is where it was leaking.
She used regular tile mastic for the floor and curb. Regular mastic shouldn't be used in wet areas like that as it is water soluble and will eventually fail. She should have used thin-set mortar for the floor and curb.
There were places in the curb where the mastic was over an inch thick, it is not designed to be applied that thick and some of it had never dried, even after a couple months.)
Now I have to go into the second bathroom and fix the plumbing there also. The knob isn't holding the water to go only to the shower head. I already had you repair that once.
Don't forget that I had to have the main water line repaired after you worked on it twice. There are plenty of things that you know how to do well. You shouldn't be working on problems that you are not skilled in. STAY AWAY FROM PLUMBING PROBLEMS!!! If you had any integrity, you would pay me for the repairs I had to complete from you mess.
