I blindly chose this company because they sell a type of blouse I had been searching for. Ordering was easy, website looked good but when the order arrived, the shirts were poorly made. So far 3 emails to customer service have been ignored and I have been disconnected from my phone call. Their hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5 Mountain time. And neither the website nor the packing slip gives easy access to return authorizations. Still waiting after a week. And... They only give refunds within 30 days of purchase. I would avoid this company.
