Refund Policy

Went to return a blouse I had purchased that didn't fit and was told I would only be able to get the current sale value, as per headquarters policy, even though I had my receipt and tags still on the blouse. Had only tried it on once. What kind of store would make such ridiculous policy? I know of no other store with that policy. I could understand if I had no receipt but to not refund what I had paid and had proof of is just not right. I have always enjoyed shopping at my hometown DG but will do so now only if absolutley necessary. I will also let my associates, freinds and family know of your unscrupulous policy.By the way, I kept the blouse and will donate it to a charity instead agreeing to be a part of such a policy.
