I have been using Miracle Cleaners for about 6 months because of their reasonable pricing. Recently, I dropped off a brand new white blouse that I had only worn one time. When I picked it up the blouse was pink!
I nicely asked them what had happened and if they could redo it. The man was extremely rude to me. He told me that it was my fault because I had asked for the blouse to be laundered. This was a complete lie. I had dropped off multiple items for dry cleaning with this order. I kindly told him that they had incorrectly laundered it then because I only bring in items for dry cleaning. If I had wanted it laundered I would have done it myself in my own washing machine. The man insisted that I had asked for it to be laundered, which I did not. My opinion is. What difference does it make, you ruined my blouse.
I asked him to pay for the blouse which was $78.00. I told him it was so new that I still had the receipt at home. He said the most he would give me is $35 and if I wanted it then he would also keep the blouse! I think that is ridiculous. Not only was I treated rudely but he blamed me for what they did.
The owners name is Alero. I have left several messages and she has not returned any of my calls.
Please do not use this dry cleaner!
