Emerald Cleaners damaged cleaning Rip-off won't reimburse through out receipt lied didn't care laughed

This cleaners damaged a new expensive blouse. The owner did not respond to my requests to speak with him. I was told it would be submitted to the insurance company. Then I was told I would need an original receipt. I no longer had the receipt. I drove forty miles to the store. The manager wrote documentation of the purchase and price.

Approximately, two month passed, with no response. The employee said he would call me and it had been submitted to the insurance. They did not submit it. They did more damage to the blouse, trying to repair the problem. The owner emailed me acknowledging the damage to my blouse. He refuses to compensate me for the blouse with anything other than a credit at his store. The credit is equal to one third of the value.

He has now denied receiving the documentation from the store even though he has referred to what it said. He has called me a liar and accused me of inflating the value of the blouse. He has stated he doesn't care because he has other customers, if I want satisfaction I'll have to sue him.
