Recieved pumps not Blouse

I recieved a card in the mail that a pair of pumps (TAUPE) shipping date 12/05/10. I already recieved the taupe pumps but i ordered a blouse back in october a Moleskin Blouse the #B8R16 size 16 Tan Multi $12.99 plus $5.97 SH Haband Happy Holiday book. Book # HBO2 Custer account # 0340-437-169 Name Janet kerchevale. I tried calling but could not get thru to Haband. Last day to order from the book was 10/31/10
