On behalf of Real Smart Email The company added A charge of 14.95 on my phone bill, that the line is only used for a fax machine & no long distance with this line. My internet is with another company. No minutes were charged (?)

PaymentOne, Inc Billing on behalf of Real Smart Email. Charge of $14.95 Dated August 17 at 12:00 A.M. Was put on my CenturyLink phone bill. All was unauthorized charges. There are no minutes used with this boguss call. My bill also states in the called to area (Real Smart Ema) This is a fax only line with no long distance carrier. My internet is with another company. CenturyLink states they have no connnection with this company for me to call the 888-238-5118 number listed my my bill. No answer to this number. I never made this call, or contacted them in any way.

I want the charge taken off, this is my personal business. No one should be able to do this.
