I treturned an item purchased with my Kohl's credit card. I paid P for the item. At the time of that purchase I received $10 in Kohl's cash. When I had to return an item the $10 in Kohl's cash was taken off my purchase so I received a refund for only $40. Okay, maybe I have to live with that but the North Carolina sales tax refund with on the reduced amount of $40. I don't believe you can cheat me out of my full sales tax refund.
