I am extremely disappointed in Kohl's. A reputable company, or so I thought, not willing to fulfill an order that was placed in good standing approximately 20 days ago. No communication until I inquired (twice!) This is extremely poor service and I will not be shopping or recommending anyone else to shop at Kohl's. Not only was I charged for this item and Kohl's was unable to deliver without any notice, but now they are saying that it could take up to 30 days to get a refund. This is beyond ridiculous! They could just ship the item that I actually ordered!!! I will not be buying from Kohl's again unless they do something to rectify the situation. Please spread the word.
