I recently shopped Kohl's "online". I have mobile disability. I purchased a large area rug and when received, the rug is much darker than Kohl's online image. So, it needed to be returned and that I could not physically take it in nor did I feel I should pay for the return shipping cost. Called Kohl's and was told by two separate employees, one being a "supervisor" that Kohl's will "pick up the rug UPS". They never did. If you're disabled, do not purchase from Kohl's online.
