On August 29th I purchased from www.jordansair.com a shoe called trunner from their site put in my card information and ordered the shoes. On September 7th I received my package, so excited i opened it up to find that they sent em the wrong shoes. So set up a ticket. Here are the responses I recieved on the support site.

I'm very upset you have shipped me the wrong shoes completely and the wrong size completely. I ordered Nike Air Jordan Trunner 218 (White / Midnight Navy) 303893 101 (Size: (US): 10.5. What I received was size eleven Air Jordan Flights. I'm not happy at all and would like my shoes shipped ASAP. I believe you should rush deliver them due to your error. I will ship back your shoes that were incorrectly shipped to me. Please fix this ASAP i have been waiting for these shoes.
