I bought $130 of clothing and shoes from Kohl's when they had the "Get $10 Kohl's Cash for every $50 Spent" promotion going on, so I got $20 Kohl's cash. Then, I used that $20 Kohl's cash to buy a $40 top. After a month, I returned those $130 of clothing and shoes, and Kohl's only returned me $110 cause they said I already used the Kohl's cash. Then, for some reason I returned the $40 top as well. However, they only returned me $20 for the top since I only paid $20 for that top. So, in the end, Kohl's took my $20 for nothing, and they said that's their new policy.
