On approximately August 23 my daughter lost a visa gift card from the gift card mall. Over 30 days later we still do not have the replacement. I have called so many times and they kept saying wait wait wait. I stopped waiting and asked them to resend the card. They allegedly did that 10 days ago and 5 days ago a message was left that they sent another card. Guess what still no card! Do not use this service. I am out approximately 180.00 and still waiting for the card..
